If you believe that you have received the incorrect item, first of all, we’re sorry. Second of all, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately. We will ask for photos, to help our team assist you quickly, please provide the following photos when contacting us:
- The incorrect item as a whole
- The UPC barcode on the hang tag
- The sticker label on the clear plastic bag the product came in
As soon as we confirm that you did receive the wrong item, we will be more than happy to send a replacement package.
