If you believe that the item(s) you received is defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right. We will ask for photos, to help our team assist you quickly, please provide the following photos when contacting us:
- Photos of the item as a whole
- Care instructions label
- Where the damage is located
From there, our quality control team will confirm or deny the claim. Refunds due to defect must be requested within seven days of receipt of the item(s).
