What should I do if I believe that my item is defective?

If you believe that the item(s) you received is defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right. In order to expedite this process, please provide photo evidence of the defect so that our quality control team can confirm or deny the claim. 

Refunds due to defect must be requested within seven (7) days of receipt of the item(s).
