Returns of products purchased on TipsyElves.com must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. We require that all returned items be in new condition in the original packaging with the original tags still attached.
To begin your return, click on the RETURN ITEMS button above and follow the steps. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a refund.
Exchanges of products purchased on TipsyElves.com must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. We require that all exchanged items be in new condition in the original packaging with the original tags still attached.
To begin your exchange, click on the EXCHANGE ITEMS button above and follow the steps. To process your exchange, you will return the original item(s) and place a replacement order for your new items on TipsyElves.com. We will email you a free shipping code to use on your replacement order.
Gift orders are eligible for store credit only. To begin your gift return, click on the RETURN GIFT button above.
Returns and exchanges for all international orders will be treated the same as domestic orders with the exception that we cannot provide (i) a prepaid Smart Label for the return shipping or (ii) a free shipping code for any replacement orders.

For swimsuit return requests: please note that all swimsuits must be returned with the hygienic lining still in tact. Swimsuits returned without the hygienic lining will be deemed damaged and unacceptable for return.
All undergarments are final sale only and will not be accepted as a return or exchange.
WE REQUIRE THAT ALL EXCHANGED ITEMS BE IN NEW CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive for exchange has been worn, or the tags removed, the item will be deemed unacceptable for exchange. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for the exchanged item must be in tact and not damaged in any way.
