What is Tipsy Elves' Refund Policy?

Tipsy Elves may issue partial or full refunds for instances that include, but are not limited to, late delivery, damaged item, defective item, wrong size or wrong item shipped, etc. In these situations, photo proof is always required before we will issue a refund. Please note, we are unable to issue a refund for any reason after sixty (days) since the order was placed. Please note, refunds typically take between 3-5 business days before the funds or credit reappears in your account.
