We doubt you’d ever want to send something back, but things happen. We understand. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt in original and unworn condition.
To create a return request, follow the below instructions:
- Visit Returns.TipsyElves.com to request a return authorization
- Print and enclose provide RMA document into packaging
- Print out the shipping label and drop with your local UPS
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within three business days of the return’s receipt at the warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: all customers will receive an Instant Refund (store credit code) when creating a return authorization. If returning for a refund, simply leave this unused and your return will be refunded less the return shipping charge should you elect to utilize a label provided by Tipsy Elves.
WE REQUIRE THAT ALL RETURNED ITEMS BE IN NEW CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED. (Sorry for the bolded caps. We’re just trying to make a point.)
For swimsuit return requests: please note that all swimsuits must be returned with the hygienic lining still in tact. Swimsuits returned without the hygienic lining will be deemed damaged and unacceptable for return.
All undergarments are final sale only and will not be accepted as a return or exchange.
Orders that are returned to the same warehouse the order originally shipped from and qualify for a refund will receive a product refund but not shipping refund. Customer pays for return shipping. Returns may not be done in person at the warehouse location.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive for return has been worn, or the tags have been removed, the item will be deemed unacceptable for return. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for the returned item must be in tact and not damaged in any way.
